"The best thing about Nurture Preschool is the capable and caring teachers. They have taught our daughter for 3 years and every day she looks forward to school, she has fun learning, and tells us she loves her teachers. They do many creative projects and find interesting ways to teach letters and numbers while also ensuring kids get plenty of time to be active outdoors, free-play, and engage in social emotional learning. The school also has a friendly and welcoming community of local parents and caregivers. We’ve been very happy with our experience at Nurture Preschool and highly recommend it!"

"Our family has been extremely happy with our experience at Nurture Preschool.  The teachers are very experienced, communicate well with parents and are super friendly and approachable. Most of all, they really care about kids and are enthusiastic about their development and learning.  Our son, who can be quite shy, has been gently encouraged to come out of his shell and has become much more confident and social.  He loves going to school and seeing his teachers and his friends.  He also loves that there is a lot of outside activity at the park!  There is definitely a whole child approach to learning at Nurture. Fun and silliness are embraced here alongside the building blocks of learning you expect from a quality pre-school program to have your child kindergarten ready.  Highly recommend!!!"

"Does your child like to dance, sing, play and shake their sillies out? Check out Nurture Preschool in the Portage Bay/Roanoke neighborhood of Seattle! Teacher Emily (owner and Lead teacher) at Nurture Preschool has been nurturing young children for more than 20 years! One of her gifts as a teacher is her ability to develop strong social/emotional skills in a playful and gentle way. I worked with teacher Emily for many years and have seen how she connects with so many different children and give them the support and guidance they need to grow and blossom during the preschool years. Your child will come to cherish their time with her just as much I have as her good friend and colleague. "
